How long will it take to receive my order?
- Since I pack and ship everything myself, processing usually takes 3–5 business days, after that it is ready to be send. If I need to restock prints, it may take a little longer since i order my prints online.
Do you sell on other sites also?
Yes, I´m also willing to sell through Vinted, but only to Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland. Just DM me on Instagram.
Do you restock sold-out items?
- Yes, most of the time! If something you love is sold out, feel free to message me and I’ll let you know when it’s available again.
How do you ship packages?
- I send packages through local post office. Every order is securely packed.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! I offer both standard (untracked) shipping and tracked shipping.
- Standard shipping - is more affordable but does not include tracking — if the package is delayed or lost, I unfortunately can’t take responsibility once it’s with the postal service.
- Tracked shipping - gives you peace of mind and protection, since it is being tracked until it arrives to you.
Do you offer custom prints or personalizations?
- Yes! If you’d like a custom design or special request, feel free to contact me through instagram. I also do commissions <3
Can I order a gift for someone else?
- Yes! If you’d like me to send your order directly as a gift, just add the recipient’s address at checkout. I can also include a little note if you tell me what to write. You can always message me through instagram.
Do you also sell art prints of other drawings?
- If you do not see what you’re looking for in the shop, you can order an art print of my other drawings. Although not every drawing is avaliable for art print, just message me and we can work something out together. I could add that art print to my order when I will be ordering more prints.
